A major healthcare provider in Manchester is seeking a 2nd Line Technical Support professional. In this permanent on-site role, you will be part of a fast-paced support team resolving complex IT incidents. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, logging calls, and liaising with third-party support providers. Candidates should have customer service experience, relevant IT certifications, and the ability to troubleshoot various IT issues.

Salary ranges from £27,485 to £30,162 per annum pro rata.
