The Role
As part of the MIS Group based in Northwich, Cheshire:
Incline-IT provides secure public and hybrid cloud migration, IaaS and PaaS to support the MIS Group and its customers.
The Incline-IT team have been supporting the MIS Group customers for 30 years with managed IT.
We are AWS Advanced and Microsoft partners with multi cloud skills, with a particular industry vertical focus on Housing Management and Emergency Systems as part of the MIS Group.
The MIS Group is enhancing its capabilities via a partnership with AWS to:
- Leverage our data expertise to offer infrastructure deployments on a private, hybrid and public Cloud basis, and seamlessly migrate workloads across deployments
- Leverage our long-term relationships with the Housing and Emergency Services Sector to expand from a Software to a Managed Services company.
As a Technical Project Manager you will be collaborating with a talented, experienced team, providing best-in‑class solutions for extremely complex problems with the opportunity to work on the most cutting‑edge technology platforms and tools available.
If you have experience migrating legacy systems to cloud and then transforming them to lean and efficient cloud native solutions, then we would love to speak to you.
Responsibilities- Work with the Solution Owners for Housing Services and provide guidance on how to best shape these for the sector
- Partner with the sales team to deliver and support solutions for customers, drive AWS/Azure adoption and revenue
- Partner with the Incline-IT architects and engineers to deliver and support solutions built on AWS/Azure
- Manage Projects from inception to delivery as part of the Incline team.
- Be an evangelist. Educate customers of all sizes on the value proposition of AWS/Azure
- Establish credibility and build deep relationships with senior individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates
- Participate in roadmap and delivery discussions to build confidence and ensure customer success when building new and migrating existing applications, software and services on the AWS platform
- Capture and share best‑practice knowledge amongst the MIS Group
- Experience of Housing and Finance processes
- Significant experience in delivering and supporting IT services
- Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Technical degree level of education in Computer Science is desirable
- Software/technology customer facing experience is preferred
- Experience with "on-premise to cloud" migrations or IT transformations
- Experience in setting up
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort whether speaking with executives, IT management or developers
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
Willingness to learn new cloud technologies
