We’re looking for a Customer AI Implementation Engineer to design and deliver tailored customer experience (CX) solutions using our cutting‑edge AI tools. This is a hybrid role combining customer‑facing consultancy with hands‑on technical implementation
. You’ll be the bridge between clients, project managers, and product teams—ensuring every solution is optimised, integrated, and ready to deliver real value.

• Build and customise AI‑driven solutions for our clients.
• Translate customer goals into scalable technical designs.
• Spend ~50% of your time engaging directly with customers—workshops, reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Develop secure integrations using Python

• Provide ongoing support and optimisation for existing solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to shape future features.

• Strong Python skills and experience with REST APIs

• Experience with Conversational AI, NLP, or chatbots.
