As an App Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of lifecycle marketing campaigns across the MyAviva app. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end strategy and execution of onboarding, in-life, and retention journeys, with a strong focus on Aviva Score and driving Multi-Product Holdings (MPH).

You’ll work closely with Creative, Data, and Technology teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and to a high standard. Your role will be key in creating personalised, targeted messages that encourage customers to engage with the app and explore more of our products.

• Proven experience in CRM and/or Digital Marketing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the use of campaign tools, data platforms, and customer journey mapping.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make recommendations for future improvements.
• Adobe Campaign experience desirable but not required

• Salary National circa £40,000 & London circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
