Fantastic opportunity for a North-West based Technical Trainer to join a global innovation and technology leader in industrial automation and digitalisation.
In this key role, you will deliver high-quality training across automation and digitalisation technologies, supporting customers’ learning journeys while strengthening their technical capabilities.
The Role:
Deliver engaging, hands-on training in automation and digitalisation technologies to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Design, update, and tailor training materials to reflect the latest platforms and industry developments.
Support customers in applying training outcomes to real-world automation challenges and projects.
Collaborate closely with product experts and business units to ensure technical excellence and innovation in course delivery.
Continuously develop technical expertise and use learner feedback to improve training quality and effectiveness.
Required Experience:
Strong practical experience in programming, commissioning, and servicing industrial automation systems in discrete and process industries.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience in, or strong motivation for, delivering technical training with a learner-focused approach.
Passion for technology, continuous learning, and helping others succeed.
Collaborative and adaptable, able to tailor solutions and training to different teams and customer needs.
