HubSpot Consultant

Our client is seeking a client-facing Hub Spot Consultant with deep experience across Hub Spot CRM, Sales Hub, and Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub) to help design, implement, and optimize scalable Hub Spot ecosystems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and client strategy—able to translate complex data and system architecture into clear, actionable solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll partner directly with clients to understand their business needs, lead CRM migrations to Hub Spot, and build reliable data foundations through integrations, data sync, and data quality initiatives. You’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow across platforms that support Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the engagement.

• Experience across Hub Spot CRM, Sales Hub, and Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub)
• Strong experience with CRM migrations, with a focus on Hub Spot
• Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot integrations, including API‑based and/or spreadsheet‑based solutions (Custom Integration experience is a huge plus!)
• Experience with data sync, data cleaning, and data quality management
• Client‑facing experience with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a solutions‑oriented mindset
