Company Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Silverfort SME with a strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals for an exciting contract at our global client in the financial services industry.

Job Responsibilities /Objectives:
Responsible for owning, operating and continuously enhancing Silverfort as a service on behalf of our client, providing a unified identity platform. The SME will be the primary authority on Silver Fort architecture, policy design and integration with other services, including escalated support, project enhancements and vendor liaison.

Experience required:

* Strong understanding of Access Management and IAM fundamentals, including PAM fundamentals and MFA.

* Deep understanding of Silver Fort architecture, agentless MFA and its policies.

* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its protocols is essential: LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM and including RADIUS.

* Sufficient understanding of Network protocols, firewalls, proxies is essential.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability and liaison with support teams and stakeholders essential.

* Essential understanding of ITIL practices;
Problem, Incident and Change management and a service mindset.

Desirables:

Experience or understanding of Azure and Entra .
EDR and XDR tooling knowledge.
Experience in creating technical and non-technical guides and artefacts for stakeholders.
Experience in scripting (e.g. Power Shell) and understanding of APIs.Disclaimer
