Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 base salary (dependent on experience) plus a bonus scheme.

We are seeking someone to manage the interconnectivity of all revenue related activities across the organisation, including marketing, sales, data, customer success and finance. Across all these teams, you will drive consistency of process and system optimisation to support an effective revenue growth strategy.

As Access Pay move upmarket, we continue to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and we see Revenue Operations playing a vital role in supporting the business to embed a data driven culture, with the ultimate aim of removing friction, increasing efficiencies and driving the sales velocity needed to achieve our revenue growth ambitions.

By consolidating customer and prospect data from various departments, you will ensure every strategy is data-driven and aligned with the company's long-term goals. The role will support meeting current sales targets by providing real-time insights into sales performance, customer behaviour, and market trends, allowing sales teams to improve their efforts.

Additionally, in your role you will help the business continuously analyse data and feedback, identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and make proactive strategy adjustments that support sustained growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Working with our data team, you will be involved in making sure our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Salesforce), Marketing Platforms (Hub Spot, Chili Piper) and other core tools (Trumpet, Linked In Sales Navigator, Cognism, Outreach) are effectively integrated and automated, sharing or exchanging all key data, reducing inefficiencies, preventing data silos and surfacing up data required to support better decision making.

Where new technologies emerge or consolidation opportunities present themselves, we’re keen to ensure our world class tech stack is operationally and financially efficient.

Enablement & Training

Onboard and train sales & BDR teams on tools, but also on AI-assisted workflows (e.g. using AI in Outreach for sequence optimisation).

Drive continuous learning across all sales teams e.g. create easy-to-use playbooks, from ‘BDR’ to more ‘Enterprise Sales’.

Act as the go-to subject matter expert for GTM systems.

Revenue Reporting & Analytics

Analyse the current and 6 month rolling sales pipeline, from creation to close to identify ways to improve all key sales velocity metrics.

Own reporting packs for revenue and pipeline forecasting, ensuring accuracy and insight.

Manage attribution models across marketing and sales touchpoints.

Deliver dashboards tracking adoption, pipeline, and conversion.

Translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Experiment with AI-driven data enrichment, lead scoring, and content personalisation.

Beyond managing workflows, the role involves continuously analysing data from every customer interaction. This will allow Access Pay to adjust strategies in real time, spot areas for improvement, and keep our approach across cross, upsell and new business sales motions effective. This ongoing feedback and refinement will ensure Access Pay stays agile and customer-focused in a dynamic market.

By integrating systems and fostering collaboration across departments, Rev Ops transforms isolated efforts into a coordinated push that improves efficiency and drives sustained growth.

Core Skills
  • Business to Business SaaS experience
  • Strong analytical skills mixed with curiosity about new approaches and technology including automation and AI
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Creative, proactive and out-of-the-box problem solver
  • Knowledge of sales processes and ideally a MEDDICC style methodology
  • Outreach (sequences, rulesets, AI-assisted content)
  • Strong competency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Looker)
  • Interest in AI tools for enablement, or predictive Rev Ops platforms
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with Chili Piper scheduling
  • Familiarity with Cognism data enrichment or similar
  • Exposure to Trumpet for personalised deal content
