💰 Salary: £35–55K + Commission

🏢 Hybrid: 4 days in our Central Manchester office / 1 WFH

👥 Clients: Digital Agencies, SaaS, Tech Startups, Ecommerce, B2B

🧩 Markets: Software Engineering, Product, Data, Dev Ops, Cloud, Tech Leadership

Tribal Digital is expanding — and we’re launching a brand-new Tech Recruitment Division
. We’re looking for a driven Tech Recruiter who’s ready to take ownership, build something from the ground up, and help shape one of the most exciting growth areas in our business.

This is a rare opportunity to make your mark in a scaling agency with huge demand from tech‑led clients.

• 🔹 Own the launch and growth of our new Tech Recruitment Division
• 🔹 Build and manage relationships with digital agencies, SaaS platforms & product‑led businesses
• 🔹 Recruit across core markets:
  Engineering, Product, Data, Dev Ops & more
• 🔹 Develop your own client portfolio with warm leads from day one
• 🔹 Source, interview and manage top‑tier tech talent
• 🔹 Create market insights, outreach strategies and thought leadership
• 🔹 Help shape the division’s positioning, strategy & long‑term growth

• ✔ Experience in tech recruitment (agency or in‑house)
• ✔ Strong understanding of engineering, data, product or Dev Ops markets
• ✔ Natural relationship builder with a consultative approach
• ✔ Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by autonomy & ownership
• ✔ Organised, proactive and motivated by growth
