As Director of Technology Resilience
, you’ll lead the strategy and execution that ensures our critical technology services remain robust and recoverable during disruption. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on customer trust and regulatory compliance. You’ll shape our resilience operating model, drive improvements across cloud and data recovery, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed resilience into every layer of technology.

• Set and deliver the technology resilience strategy for BGIUK, aligning with regulatory requirements and group standards.
• Lead a specialist dancers covering resilience testing, vulnerability remediation and data recovery.
