We are looking to recruit an adaptable User Centred Design Consultant who can work effectively in folgenden multidisciplinary, agile teams to deliver excellent results for Version 1’s customers in the public and private sectors. This role works with our international client based in Germany – full‑time German language proficiency is required.
Qualifications Design thinking andрақәа evidence‑based design- Strong understanding of design thinking with ability to apply appropriate frameworks.
- Evidence‑based desconocir Zeker : testing design assumptions to produce the simplest, most user‑centric solution.
- Conduct basic user research and collaborate with user researchers to surface user needs and test designs for usability and accessibility.
- Design to meet diverse user needs, articulating design decisions and constraints.
- Create and iterate multiple prototypes using fitting fidelity and tools.
- Evaluate concepts and prototypes, explaining outcomes to stakeholders and teammates.
- Apply and adapt appropriate design patterns, engaging with the wider design community.
- Apply key principles of accessible/inclusive design and evaluate designs against relevant accessibility standards.
- Understand and demonstrate compliance with relevant design standards for the sector or project.
- Communicate design process and decisions effectively to internal teammates and customers.
- Manage stakeholders, knowing when to seek support or escalations to unblock work.
- Align user‑centred design practices with agile workflows across the development lifecycle.
- Work openly, iteratively and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
