We currently have an exciting opportunity for IT Engineer to join our fantastic central team at Prospere Learning Trust.
This is a Grade 4, permanent post working 35 hours per week, all year round. The starting full time salary is £26,403.
We’re looking for:Someone who is suitably qualified, and in possession of a full driving licence. The ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of ? "network fundamentals and computer components, and a keen interest in IT, along with good analytical and problem‑solving skills. We seek a highly motivated individual with good communication and customer service skills. This post is suitable for someone looking to advance their knowledge and skillset within IT, working as part of a team to deliver a high standard of support to staff and students across the Trust.
Mainpurpose of the job:
To provide specialist technical IT support across Trust Academies, including the development and maintenance of infrastructure/resources and to provide general support to staff and pupils.
To work collaboratively with all staff and parents/carers to support student well‑being and promote the values of the Trust and each school.
Under the direction of the Head of IT Services support the installation, maintenance, availability ផ and security of the Trust‑wide network, hardware, and software.
To make a key contribution to ज्ञ the development of and support provided by the IT Services Team across all schools through the provision and delivery of a highly effective service.
wl >To have a basic understanding of IT's role in safeguarding and the measures used to support a safe working environment for staff and students.
