Information Technology Service Desk Manager

Base pay rangeSalary up to £75,000
What You’ll Do as IT Service Manager- Manage relationships with multiple software suppliers, acting as the first point of escalation for all IT issues.
- Oversee service delivery including help‑desk setups, new‑starter onboarding, and application support.
- Provide guidance on security, compliance, and governance while supporting partners with technology integrations.
- Proven experience as an IT Service Manager, working in an MSP environment or managing multiple IT suppliers.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and managing complex applications.
