Senior Paid Media Manager – Paid Media & Organic Candidates in London & New York
Experience: 4+ Years
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
About the Role: This role is for a senior paid media specialist, not someone simply executing ads day to day. You’ll take ownership of high-impact PPC activity, shaping strategy, driving performance, and uncovering growth opportunities across multiple channels.
If you’re highly data-driven, commercially minded, and experienced in scaling paid media accounts, this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do- Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In, You Tube, Display, and Programmatic.
- Design and manage campaigns that balance scale, efficiency, and profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, competitive analysis, and advanced targeting.
- Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimisation to improve conversion rates.
- Manageערט and optimise significant monthly budgets, with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS.
- Plan and run A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels. რიგ keep Ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends, continue testing and iterating.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, design, commercial stakeholders) to align paid media with wider growth goals.
- Report on performance, insights, and next steps, presenting results clearly to senior stakeholders.
- 7+ years’ experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In, and similar platforms.
- Advanced understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, reporting tools).
- Experience managing high‑budget accounts with a strong performance track record.
- Exposure to eCommerce, lead generation, and B2B funnels.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Confident writing ad copy and working with creative teams to improve performance.
- Relevant certifications are beneficial but not essential.
- High level of ownership and autonomy over paid media performance.
