Senior Paid Media Manager – Paid Media & Organic Candidates in London & New York

Experience: 4+ Years

Hybrid: 3 days in the office

About the Role: This role is for a senior paid media specialist, not someone simply executing ads day to day. You’ll take ownership of high-impact PPC activity, shaping strategy, driving performance, and uncovering growth opportunities across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of multi-channel PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Linked In, You Tube, Display, and Programmatic.
  • Design and manage campaigns that balance scale, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, competitive analysis, and advanced targeting.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimisation to improve conversion rates.
  • Manageערט and optimise significant monthly budgets, with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS.
  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, bidding strategies, and funnels.
  • რიგ keep Ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends, continue testing and iterating.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, design, commercial stakeholders) to align paid media with wider growth goals.
  • Report on performance, insights, and next steps, presenting results clearly to senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years’ experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns.
  • Strong hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In, and similar platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, reporting tools).
  • Experience managing high‑budget accounts with a strong performance track record.
  • Exposure to eCommerce, lead generation, and B2B funnels.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
  • Confident writing ad copy and working with creative teams to improve performance.
  • Relevant certifications are beneficial but not essential.
