Who are we looking forAs an Implementation Manager you will sit at the critical intersection of Sales and Customer Success serving as the primary lead for a client’s transition from signing the contract through to go‑live.
Your mission is to own the technical and operational rollout ensuring that our immersive training solutions are seamlessly integrated into our clients' ecosystems. You will be the architect of the onboarding journey coordinating internal resources and client stakeholders to accelerate time‑to‑value and drive early adoption.
The role will sit within the Customer Success team with the right candidate having the progression opportunity to lead and grow the implementation team.
Key responsibilities:- End-to-End Ownership
- Execute the full client onboarding process for multiple clients simultaneously, taking ownership of the projects from the moment a deal closes through to a successful go‑live.
- Project Planning
- Develop detailed implementation plans that align with client expectations ensuring all milestones are tracked and met.
- Technical Integration
- Coordinate with client IT Safety and Learning teams to navigate technical hurdles, security reviews and platform integrations. Including VR hardware/setup support where required.
- Tailored Enablement & Training Workshops
- Develop instructional materials, user guides and reporting frameworks tailored to the client’s specific deployment needs.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strategic long‑lasting relationships with key client leads serving as their trusted advisor during the high‑stakes implementation phase.
- Pre‑Sale & Pilot Support
- Work closely with Account Executives to support pilots and trials showcasing Pixaera's value to prospective high‑value clients.
- Support and Issue Resolution
- Act as the first line of support during implementation applying incredible problem‑solving skills to remove any friction that slows down adoption.
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Product and Content teams to translate client requirements into actionable feedback helping shape the future of the Pixaera platform.
A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:
- Proven experience leading or supporting the onboarding and project delivery of complex SaaS solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-priority implementation projects simultaneously.
- A desire to help a startup scale from seed to IPO thriving in a fast‑paced high‑growth environment.
- Experience leading meetings with senior stakeholders (IT Safety and HR) and driving project outcomes through clear communication.
- Naturally tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new technologies including AI, VR/hardware and LMS integrations.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting; no problem is too big or too small to tackle for our clients.
- Experience in the Learning & Development or LMS space is highly beneficial but not essential.
- Passionately customer‑focused always aiming to understand and meet their needs.
- Obsessive about quality and user experience striving for excellence in everything you do.
- A team player valuing collaboration and open communication.
- Adaptable and resilient ready to face the dynamic challenges of a start‑up environment.
- Willing to travel to customer sites as required.
- Be based in London or Manchester.
- We are a remote‑first company; however in‑person collaboration will be required at our hubs in Manchester.
