A leading telephony solutions provider in Manchester seeks a Caller Experience Architect to enhance client telephony systems. Responsibilities include consulting clients on solutions, creating call flow maps, and ensuring successful project delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience in cloud telephony, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.

This role offers a base salary of £32,000 with an OTE of £36,000. The position is office-based, working Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm GMT.
