Senior Growth Analyst | £55–75k bonus benefits
I'm looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to join a high-performing data team and play a key role in optimising customer acquisition across paid channels (Google PPC, Meta). You’ll partner closely with growth managers to analyse campaign performance, improve CAC and CAC:
LTV, and deliver insights that directly shape growth strategy. The role involves deep-dive analysis, experimentation (A/B, geo tests), and building clear dashboards in Looker to support data-driven decision-making at senior level.
- Strong background in growth / acquisition analytics (subscription or SaaS ideal)
- Expert SQL skills
- Experience with CAC, LTV, funnels & attribution
- BI experience (Looker or similar)
- Comfortable presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
Python/R, Snowflake, DBT, Snowplow.
