THE ROLE Developing credit risk predictive ML models for US lending portfolios, primarily scorecard-based models Building and enhancing income models, early repayment models, and forecasting models Driving automation of lending decisions across the Loans portfolio Supporting Credit Card growth, including new acquisition scorecards as volume increases through upcoming Experian integration Owning the entire modelling process - from data extraction and feature engineering through to deployment (no separate engineering hand-off) REQUIREMENTS Strong data science/ modelling experience using ML techniques Background in Financial services, Banking, Insurance or Gambling Strong Python
