We’re hiring an Optimisation Insights Executive as part of our team based from our Manchester office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working within our professional services team, pulling insights from Content Square and building a story/narrative answering client questions.
  • Following briefs provided by the wider team (strategy, research, design, development) and provide data insights that support their work.
  • Turning data into insights to tell the story of user behaviour that can be used to drive our clients’ conversion optimisation programmes and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Providing advanced reporting and analysis on user behaviour and website performance for our clients and communicating your findings to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Using a range of data sources to understand our clients’ websites, how they perform, what drives user behaviour, and where there is opportunity for growth. These will include Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Content Square and any client internal data sources.
  • Analysing A/B test data and creating conclusion reports that communicate the final outcomes, learnings, and long‑term impact of our experiments (training is provided).
  • Working alongside our Analytics and Development teams to ensure they are tracking data for our clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Representing the Insights team on client calls and presenting to clients.
Experience & Qualifications

Strong data-communication skills relating performance data to user behaviour, and bringing this to life for clients.

  • Analytical approach, identifying issues and breaking them down to find the root cause and provide solutions.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring work is accurate, professional, and well documented.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider team of strategists, designers, developers, researchers and web analysts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (or other spreadsheet software) and Powerpoint.
  • Desire to continually learn and develop, either through guidance from the senior team, or making the most of the many training opportunities available at Dentsu.
  • (desirable) Working knowledge of Content Square, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other web analytics platforms, and dashboarding tools such as Power

    BI or Looker Studio.
  • (desirable) Knowledge of CRO, web analytics, data analysis and visualisation, and statistics.
  • (desirable) A strong foundation of knowledge and understanding around research and qualitative insights techniques, and approaches to combine quantitative and qualitative data and research sets to inform user‑led strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to communicate with senior stakeholders across clients, Optimisation & UX teams and wider UK Media teams.
What We Offer
  • This is a permanent role and will be based from our office in Manchester, and will be on a hybrid working basis.
  • As well as a competitive salary, you’ll have a great compensation package, private health & dental insurance, corporate discounts and career development through Dentsu University, Skillsoft and free access to Linked In learning.
  • 29+ days of annual leave (25 days of regular holidays, birthdays off and 3 additional wellness days).
