Recruitment Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE

Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Travel to Client Site)

Company: Nigel Frank International are currently partnering with an reputable MS Partner with a broad project pipeline who provide D365 CE & Power Platform solutions to a wide range of clients in the Public Sector.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with external stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effectively D365 CE solutions.
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform components to meet functional and operational needs.
• Collaborate across teams using Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery methodologies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with technical and non-technical audiences, providing guidance, documentation, and support through the solution lifecycle.

Skills/

Experience:

• Hands-on experience with D365 CE (Sales & Customer Service - preferable) and Power Platform.
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and to carry out tasks autonomously
• Salary Range - £50k - £90k (dependant on experience)
