What makes us different
  • We break new ground. You will work on innovative projects using the latest technologies before they hit the mainstream.
  • We get stuck in together. Genuine collaboration across all departments. Your ideas matter here, regardless of your role or how long you've been with us.
  • We stay curious. Continuous learning is essential. You will have dedicated time and budget for development, working alongside industry experts who are genuinely invested in your success.
  • We own it. Full accountability and autonomy over your work means you will build client relationships, see real‑world impact, and be recognised when you go the extra mile.
What you’ll be doing

As an Experience Designer at CTI, you will turn direction into tangible journeys and insights into interfaces that people can actually use. You will balance user needs with delivery, ensuring our work is smarter, simpler, and impossible to ignore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Turn complexity into clarity: Own and deliver key parts of design projects, translating strategy and research into intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and polished high‑fidelity interfaces.
  • Build scalable systems: Design screens and contribute to structured design systems to ensure our work is scalable and consistent.
  • Ask the difficult questions: Clarify problems, goals, and constraints before opening Figma, ensuring we understand the “why” behind the work.
  • Champion the user: Support usability testing and iteration, using feedback and data to refine designs and embed accessibility and inclusive principles.
  • Collaborate across squads: Work as part of a cross‑disciplinary squad—collaborating closely with Product, Development, CRO, and QA to carry design intent through to final build.
  • Tell the story: Help clients and colleagues understand the rationale behind decisions through clear storytelling and presentation.
What experience you need to be successful
  • A portfolio of end‑to‑end thinking: Work that moves from journeys and flows through to polished UI, not just isolated screenshots.
  • Modern Figma mastery: Current skills in Figma, specifically component‑based systems, auto‑layout, variables, and collaborative files.
  • Solid UX foundations: Strong understanding of core UX principles, responsive design, and interaction best practices.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility: Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ideally WCAG 2.2) and ethical design principles.
  • Collaborative fluency: Experience co‑creating with developers and strategists, not working in isolation.
  • Research familiarity: Experience supporting or participating in research (user interviews, usability testing) and communicating insights simply.
  • Curiosity and adaptability: Learn fast, evolve constantly, and see change as an opportunity to experiment with new tools (including AI‑assisted design).
What sets you apart
  • You’re a Sensemaker
    :
You find clarity in chaos and help others see it too.
  • You’re a Connector
    :
You see how people, data, and ideas fit together.
Interview process
  • Screening Stage – 30‑minute exploratory call with our Talent Team.
  • 1st Stage – Video call with a Lead or Senior member of the Strategy & Design team to review portfolio and discuss design philosophy.
  • 2nd Stage – Face‑to‑face interview with a member of the Strategy team focused on experience and collaboration.
  • Offer – If we think it’s a good fit, we’ll make you an offer!

  • Hybrid‑working – office twice a week
  • Workplace nursery scheme
  • Health cash plan
  • Life insurance 2× annual salary
  • Cycle‑to‑work scheme
  • Flexible working hours
  • Employee well‑being and mental health programme
  • Relaxed working environments – office dogs welcome!
  • Company socials and lots of fun!
