We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Service Now solutions across multiple product lines. This is a hybrid role based in London, Manchester, or Edinburgh, offering an exciting opportunity to work with enterprise clients and provide technical leadership across projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and deliver Service Now solutions that address business challenges across ITSM and other modules (ITOM, ITAM, HAM / SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
- Lead and mentor teams of Service Now developers, providing technical guidance and implementing quality standards, code reviews, and architectural oversight.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients in a trusted advisor capacity to design and implement new solutions.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational runbooks.
