- Think beyond the basics and bring creative solutions to improve Google Ads performance, leveraging offline conversions, feed‑based advertising, first‑party data and platform‑specific best practices.
- Plan, launch, and optimise Paid Social activity across Meta and Linked In, including audience strategy, creative testing, and funnel‑based campaign structures.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify optimal targeting opportunities.
- Develop creative ad copy and optimise landing pages for maximum conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve client goals.
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimise campaigns and improve performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging PPC tools and technologies.
- Regularly communicate and build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, provide performance reports, and address any concerns.
- Brief and guide creative development by producing clear, insight‑led design briefs for paid media assets, informed by audience data, testing insights, and platform performance.
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta & Linked In, preferably in an agency or in‑house.
- Experience with different account structures, Performance Max, and scripts.
- Experience managing large budgets (up to £200,000 per month) and working with diverse clients across industries.
- Proven experience working in a client‑facing role, including leading calls, presenting performance, and confidently discussing strategy and results.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and leverage tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Experience with conversion tracking setup, attribution models, and troubleshooting discrepancies in tracking systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to stay up to date with industry trends.
