Base pay range

Identity Specialist

£54,500 to £64,500 plus great benefits (Work Level
5)
Manchester city centre (hybrid – around 2 days a month in the office)

What

you’ll do
  • Maintain and support key systems like Active Directory, SailPoint Identity

    IQ, Azure AD/Entra

    ID, and One Identity Active Roles
  • Keep systems running smoothly, with no capacity or outstanding issues
  • Align identity platforms and capabilities with the needs of our business
  • Contribute to projects such as identity maturity initiatives, new application rollouts, and process improvements
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally to drive innovation and service improvements
  • Manage day-to-day activities with third-party providers, including escalations and knowledge sharing
What you’ll bring
  • Experience with Identity

    IQ or similar identity platforms
  • Experience working on projects, including service transition
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following:
    Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra , Identity

    IQ, Active Roles
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • An open, innovative mindset and flexibility to adapt to change
