ServiceNow Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Lead who will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) at the client location for a Dev Ops project on Service Now
. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on development experience combined with project delivery expertise, ensuring seamless coordination between client stakeholders and the delivery team.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams for all project‑related activities.
• Lead and manage end‑to‑end delivery of Service Now BAU, Integration, Implementation, and Dev projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and support.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Hands‑on development experience in Service Now, including scripting and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM.
• Proven experience in integration and implementation of various Service Now modules.
• Project delivery experience with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and resources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as the single point of contact at client location.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL processes.

• Service Now Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
• Experience managing large to mid‑scale Service Now implementations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and integration tools.
