Work will vary day to day – a blend of company offices, client sites and home; full‑time remote is not available.

• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B solutions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to technical and functional team members, set best‑practice guidelines and frameworks.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and establish best‑practice ways of working.
• Own the design and architectural outputs from initiation to sign‑off and serve as an escalation point for technical and design challenges.
• Use your knowledge of the ecosystem to recommend solutions best suited to the platform.
• Provide input and steer project and delivery plans.
• Support the sales team to create an architectural vision for new projects, business development activities and accelerators.

• Experience as a Salesforce Architect, ideally on enterprise‑scale projects across industries with a focus on e‑commerce, loyalty, consumer products and retail.
• Comfortable leading implementation of architecture with internal teams, partners, and senior stakeholders within the client.
• In‑depth knowledge of key Salesforce products (primarily SFCC B2B, with advantage of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Industries, and Data Cloud).
• Experience working with ISV partner solutions in a multi‑platform, multi‑partner delivery environment.
• Detailed understanding of Salesforce governor limits and how to design within them.
• Experience with architectural governance processes and practices, including owning artefacts such as decision and assumption logs.
• Advocate of designing declarative solutions – SFI tooling, LWCs, Flow.
