We are seeking an experienced IFS Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IFS ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation programmes. The role is responsible for managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered in line with business objectives and IFS best practices.

• Lead end-to-end IFS ERP projects
  , including implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and optimisations
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage dependencies across functional streams (Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, Maintenance)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Establish and manage project governance structures
• Track and report on progress, risks, issues, and financials
• Manage change control, scope creep, and decision escalation
• Ensure compliance with internal PMO standards and IFS implementation methodology
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders
• Manage relationships with IFS partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive updates
• Align business, IT, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal SMEs and external consultants
• Coordinate functional leads and ensure clear ownership of deliverables
• Support team performance, motivation, and issue resolution
• Manage resourcing plans and onboarding/offboarding of project team members

• Oversee UAT planning and execution

• Ensure business change management activities are embedded in the project
• Support training, communication, and adoption strategies
• Lead hypercare and post-go-live support phases

• Proven experience managing IFS ERP projects (IFS Applications 9 / 10 / Cloud)
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation life cycles and best practices
• Experience working with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations stakeholders

• Strong planning, risk management, and financial control skills
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence at senior and executive levels
• Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments

• Experience working with IFS Cloud implementations
• PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience managing system integrators and offshore teams
• Understanding of IFS modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Projects, or Maintenance
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. aerospace, defence, engineering, construction)

• Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
