Senior Frontend Developer - Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary : 60,000 + bonus

Location : 2 days into Central Manchester Office, 3 days WFH

• Lead the technical direction for projects, shaping architecture to align with business and product goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
  
  JS.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, applying best practices in system design and architecture.
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence within the team.
• Drive engineering standards, including test automation, CI / CD, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver features that matter.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and effective, supporting the platform's growth and performance.
• Champion modern release paradigms and incremental delivery in an agile environment.

• Significant commercial experience in the web stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ES2015.
• Proven experience with React
  
  JS and writing middleware in .
• Strong background in unit and functional testing, and working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Solid understanding of software and application design, architecture, and troubleshooting.
