• L3 SCCM skills
• L3 Power Shell Scripting skills
• SCCM Packaging and Deployment
• Raise Change Requests / Attend CAB meetings.
• Create and maintain application packages using tools such as Admin Studio Install Shield and Power Shell.
• Repackage legacy applications for modern deployment platforms (e.g. Intune MSIX).
• Deploy applications using SCCM and Intune ensuring correct targeting (user / device-based) and compliance with licensing models.
• Maintain and update deployment collections boundary groups and distribution points.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and remediate issues across pre-production and production environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation for packaging and deployment processes.
• Support change management processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Work closely with application owners service desk and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and validate deployments.
• Proven experience in application packaging (MSI MSIX App-V).
• Strong knowledge of SCCM (Current Branch) including application deployment reporting and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in scripting (Power Shell VBScript Batch).
• Familiarity with Active Directory Group Policy and Windows 10 / 11 environments.
• Experience with Intune Autopilot and Conditional Access is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise environments (e.g. EDF Energy utilities sector) is advantageous.
