Location: Remote-first (occasional travel to Manchester or Oxfordshire)

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded medical communications agency, is looking to hire an experienced Application Support Engineer to join their in‑house Technology team.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment, providing hands‑on Microsoft 365 and application support to a workforce of approximately 120 users. You will work closely with an external Managed Service Provider (MSP), acting as a key internal point of contact to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

The position combines practical user support, platform administration, and ownership of the company Intranet, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving how people work through well‑configured, well‑supported technology.

A central part of the role will be developing and managing the organisation's SharePoint Online Intranet, working with stakeholders across the business to deliver a modern, intuitive, and user‑friendly platform.
