Our client, a leading security consultancy
, is seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to join their growing team. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role with a focus on delivering penetration testing services to internal teams and external clients. You will play a key part in maintaining high‑quality security assessments while also supporting the team through mentorship and leadership of technical projects
.

• Conduct penetration tests and security assessments across client systems, applications, and networks.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients
  , explaining findings and providing clear, actionable recommendations.

• Translate technical risks into business‑friendly insights for clients and stakeholders.

• Support team development, share knowledge, and provide guidance to mid‑level Pen Testers.

• Assist with project planning, scoping, and resource allocation.

• Maintain awareness of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security best practices
  .

• 3–5+ years’ hands‑on Pen Testing experience
  , ideally within a consultancy or client‑facing environment.

• Proven ability to liaise with technical and non‑technical stakeholders confidently.

• Experience in web, network, cloud, and application security assessments
  .

• British Citizen with eligibility for SC Clearance
  .

• CTM or CSTM certification preferred
  , but not essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  , with the ability to produce high‑quality reports and present findings to clients.

• Fully remote UK working with preference for North‑West.
