Senior Service Desk Analyst / Service Desk Specialist / IT Support Engineer
Hybrid role (Mon–Fri) based in Manchester, providing end‑user support.
Responsibilities and expectations include:
- Delivering troubleshooting support for Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/Intune, SharePoint DFS permissions, and basic networking triage.
- Maintaining excellent communication skills and a logical, diagnostic approach.
- Contributing to Knowledge Banks and upholding high technical standards.
- Demonstrating a growth mindset, resourcefulness, professionalism, and ambition to progress within the role.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM/Intune.
- Understanding of SharePoint DFS permissions, networking, and triage.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to create and maintain knowledge articles and contribute to a team.
