Insights Analyst

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analysing insights performance, shaping strategic initiatives, and supporting key decisions across product, finance, marketing, and senior leadership teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep analytical work but also values the opportunity to influence broader insight strategy.

• Analyse insight performance across products, customer segments, and digital channels
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning
• Turn complex datasets into actionable insights for cross‑functional teams
• Evaluate new features, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders
• Identify risks, opportunities, and trends that support revenue and profit growth
• Contribute to business cases for new projects or investments

• Experience in an Insight Analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is advantageous
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of digital or subscription‑based models
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data for non‑technical audiences
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
