Ticketing Technology Specialist
Legends Global (Europe)

We are Legends Global! Legends Global delivers world‑class solutions in sport, entertainment, and live events, combining international expertise with a 360‑degree, data‑driven approach across Partnerships, Hospitality, Merchandise, and Attractions. We partner with leading clients to create memorable experiences worldwide. Committed to inclusion, diversity, and innovation, we foster a collaborative culture guided by our values — Align, Scale, Connect, Team, Win — where every team member can thrive and make an impact.

The Role

Join us at the heart of live entertainment as we transform the way ticketing powers unforgettable experiences. We’re seeking someone who thrives off technology, a creative leader to move from spreadsheet‑driven workflows to a unified, data‑centric platform that drives smarter decisions and greater impact.

In this role, you’ll sit at the crossroads of technology, analytics, and live event production—collaborating with leading ticketing partners AXS, Eventim, Ticketmaster, and internal teams, promoters, and senior stakeholders across our UK and EU venues.

Your mission: design and deliver the next generation of ticketing operations—building tools, processes, and insights that unlock profitability, empower collaboration, and set new standards for how we bring live events to life. From centralised BI reporting to an innovative 3‑D venue manifest application, your work will help shape a platform that puts us ahead of the curve.

Please note:
This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Modernising ticketing operations – mapping existing workflows and designing a centralised, API‑driven manifest creation system supported by clear SOPs and best practices across teams and partners.
  • Building a unified data and reporting ecosystem – developing a data warehouse and intuitive dashboards that surface real‑time insights, enable self‑service reporting, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Delivering innovative profit‑optimisation tools – leading the creation of a collaborative 3‑D venue manifest platform and related applications that help promoters and internal teams maximise revenue.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders and partners – acting as the technical bridge between ticketing providers, internal departments, and senior leadership to align goals and drive transformation.
  • Overseeing project delivery and governance – managing timelines, budgets, and risks using agile principles while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR).
You’ll Have
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data analytics, business technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in data modelling, SQL, and ETL concepts, with experience in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) and API integration using modern web technologies.
  • Confidence working with large datasets and translating complex ticketing data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders alike and coordinate effectively across teams and partners.
  • A creative, solutions‑focused approach – enthusiasm for innovation, particularly in visualising venue layouts and exploring new ways to optimise revenue.
Benefits

• Discounted tickets to your favourite events.

• 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

• Life Assurance policy, 5% pension contribution, and health coverage (Health Shield, AXA Health Employee Assistance Programme, eye care vouchers).

• Cycle to Work scheme and referral rewards.

Inclusive Workplace

We value diversity, equal opportunity, and flexible working, and we’re committed to a fair and accessible recruitment process for all. If you require any adjustments, please let us know. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and may close early.
