• This role is essential in enhancing our client service operations by leveraging data analytics to provide insightful reporting. You will collaborate closely with client services, risk management, and other key departments to ensure a high level of service for our clients.
• Proficiency in Alteryx, Power
  
  BI, and advanced Excel, with experience in data visualization and management.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to produce high‑quality documentation including business requirements, technical specifications, procedure documents, and process flows.
• Interact with internal clients to resolve day‑to‑day issues related to their Data Delivery reports and file transmissions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
