Head of Digital - Premium - 12 Month FTC Global MD of Digital and Ecommerce Recruitment Business - Blu Digital (UK & USA)
This senior leadership role is responsible for setting and delivering a global digital strategy across owned and paid channels, ensuring every digital touchpoint drives commercial growth while building long-term customer loyalty. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the role ensures brand‑first, customer‑centric execution across DTC, , and omnichannel environments, with a clear focus on accelerating international ecommerce growth and digital reach. This is ideally 4 days per week in the office, however could be two or three.
The role oversees performance marketing, ecommerce, and CRM, integrating paid, owned, and earned channels into a cohesive ecosystem. Responsibilities include driving paid media strategy, optimising ecommerce platforms and user experience, leading CRO and analytics initiatives, and owning budget management and key performance metrics to deliver efficient, insight‑led growth.
As a people leader, the role builds and develops a high‑performing digital team while strengthening agency and technology partnerships. With a balance of analytical rigour and creative vision, this role champions innovation, elevates digital experiences, and ensures scalable, sustainable growth through a customer‑first, data‑driven approach.
