Job Overview
Senior UX/UI Designer role at Soulreflectors (Manchester, Hybrid – up to 4 days WFH). Salary £50k‑£65k, dependent on experience.

RoleYou will join the Spectre team as a strategic partner who works hand‑in‑hand with product managers and engineers. Your influence will shape what we build, how we build it, and how we validate it with users.
Responsibilities- Partner with your PM and engineers to shape the roadmap and decide what to build next (proactive, not reactive).
- Jump on calls with agents using Spectre or visit them in‑branch to understand pain points and test new workflows.
- Move from low‑fi sketches to high‑fidelity, polished prototypes in Figma.
- Facilitate workshops to synthesise research or ideate solutions.
- Ship polished, intuitive work that sets a new standard for the industry.
- Help define product strategy and design solutions that influence our multi‑award‑winning tools.
- 5+ years of product/UX design experience;
SaaS or complex product experience is a bonus. - Fluent in Figma and experienced with design systems.
- Comfortable conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills; able to articulate design decisions to engineers and stakeholders.
