Your role

As a Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP) that enable clients to achieve their business objectives. This role combines strong Oracle functional and technical knowledge with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle technologies, and you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Oracle Cloud transformation programs across diverse industries.

  • Support the design and delivery of integrated Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM / ERP) that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, future‑ready Oracle solutions.
  • Assist with integration, data migration, and system optimisation activities.
  • Work with clients and project teams to gather requirements, shape solution design, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to consensus‑building across technical and business teams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (technical, change, testing) to ensure smooth delivery and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Provide guidance on Oracle best practices and support issue resolution during implementation.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Support senior team members in developing propositions and hosting client workshops.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge to build team capability.
  • Participate in internal initiatives such as practice development, thought leadership, and campaign activities.
Business Development & Personal Growth
  • Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitch contributions.
  • Develop internal campaigns, think‑tanks, whitepapers, and practice initiatives.
  • Engage in learning & development, training, and certifications to support your career growth.
Your profile
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud solutions (HCM, ERP, or both), including integration and data migration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise cloud solution design and delivery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and structured thinking approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Flexibility to work across different technologies and roles in line with delivery needs.
  • Interest in contributing to broader transformation initiatives beyond platform‑specific implementations.
  • Currently working in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background, proven success in a matrixed organisation, and ability to enlist support and commitment from peers.
