AV Planner

A leading media agency based in Manchester is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AV Media Planner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a media planning professional—particularly with experience in TV and Video-on-Demand (VOD)—to develop their career within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing AV campaigns across TV and VOD channels. Experience with Connected TV (CTV) is advantageous. This role requires a confident communicator who can manage relationships with clients, media owners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and to a high standard.

• Plan, implement, and manage AV campaigns across TV and VOD
• Oversee campaign delivery including scheduling, flighting, and ongoing optimisations
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using tools such as Adalyser
• Collaborate closely with clients, media owners, and internal teams to execute effective AV strategies

• Previous experience in media planning, either within an agency or media owner environment
• Proven track record in planning and managing TV/VOD campaigns
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Techedge and Adalyser
• Client-facing experience is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
