We are looking for a digital marketing manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp on current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

You will play a pivotal role in the growth of our brands, whilst also promoting brand awareness for King Street Townhouse Hotel and Hale Country Club & Spa – some of our properties within the THG Experience portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about hospitality, beauty, wellness, and digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing, guiding and monitoring the brands presence across multiple digital platforms, optimizing and challenging where appropriate. You will understand ROI, reporting on every campaign and aligning all spend with department budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including paid social, affiliates, SEO, SEM and PPC.
  • Building strategies with a key focus on driving new customer acquisition and increasing brand awareness.
  • Working closely with properties to ensure that we are commercially profitable across our marketing offering.
  • Lead and build CRM strategy for growth optimisation and brand building alongside Head of Brand.
  • Establish and lead email marketing strategy for each property respectively to drive sales, engagement, with personalisation in mind.
  • Collaborating with analytics and data science teams to define measurement, reporting and attribution solutions with an emphasis on creative effectiveness and deliver an ongoing measurement / test, learn, optimise culture.
  • Design, build and maintain digital campaigns including email marketing across both brands/properties.
  • Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets, optimising and reporting on accordingly.
  • Collaborating with sales teams within each property to improve marketing results.
  • Work with senior leadership and finance teams to oversee the annual business planning cycle, keeping abreast of budget spend and ROI.
  • Measuring and reporting of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) such as website traffic, audience engagement, conversion, bounce rate and ad spend ROI.
  • Build a data‑first performance culture.
  • Utilising data to optimise spend and performance based on insights, continually evolving our offering in‑line with business needs and industry developments.
  • Coordinating with the marketing team and property stakeholders alongside the Head of Brand to identify innovative growth strategies.
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end‑to‑end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Identify trends and insights, introducing new solutions, skillsets and practices as well as trialling emerging channels and measurement approaches.
  • Develop and propose new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Oversee and update website content, collaborating with internal teams to keep website up‑to‑date, create website landing pages and optimise user experience.
  • Develop and promote a positive team culture, motivating and supporting individuals and establishing effective business partnering, collaboration and integration across these teams and wider organisation.
Qualifications
  • A degree in digital marketing, performance‑specific qualifications, advertising, business or a related field.
