Personal growth contribution

• Business Development – Lead or contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitch contribution, and client hosting at events.
• Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, white‑papers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
• Learning & development – Training to support career development and skill demand within the company; certifications etc.

We seek a Director level candidate to strengthen consulting go‑to‑market in Digital Excellence across the private sector.

Key qualifications

• Extensive experience of working with senior leadership in shaping Digital transformation programmes, designing/embedding operating models to create and embed new products.
• Experience of transforming IT and OT business functions within clients, driving programme delivery in line with business strategic goals.
• Experience delivering digital delivery and innovation to clients within Energy, Transition and Utilities sector, applying expertise to business development activities.
• Knowledge or experience implementing Smart Grid technologies, IoT asset management technologies, data platform modernisation, proactive monitoring tools, CRM systems for billing, field service optimisation, digital twin technologies.
• Expert in Digital Delivery & Strategy with specialisation in multidisciplinary teams enabling new experiences and emerging technology; strong business change/adoption understanding.
• Expert facilitation skills for Program Planning / Product Vision, Design Thinking, Strategy, Definition, Roadmap, Visioning etc.
• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, enlisting support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery.
• Business development – generating c.£2m of consulting revenues (Director) while selling and delivering consulting solutions.
