We’re on the lookout for an Email Marketing & CRM Executive to help bring our email and SMS campaigns to life.

You’ll play a key role in creating smart, engaging communications that keep customers connected — from automated journeys to one-off campaigns that really deliver results.

• Build and manage engaging email and SMS campaigns.
• Create audience segments and automated journeys that improve the customer experience.
• Support with designing and testing new email templates.
• Report on performance and share insights that drive improvements.
• Work closely with others to bring new ideas to the table and make them happen.

✅ At least 2 years’ experience in email marketing or CRM.

✅ Confident using ESP or CRM platforms (Klaviyo or Brevo experience is a big plus).

✅ Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

✅ A great communicator who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

✅ Passionate about digital marketing and customer engagement.

• Basic HTML knowledge (or the desire to learn).
• Understanding of multi-channel marketing.
• Previous agency or client-facing experience.

• Clear onboarding and personal development plan.
• Regular team meetups, socials, and wellbeing initiatives.
