Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting employees and maintaining accurate employee documentation and data.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status
  • Manage employment referencing process for new starters and external reference requests by verifying employment details
  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, ensure Right to Work and DBS checks are completed for all new starters
  • Probationary review administration
  • Provide note taking to support to line managers conducting employee relations investigations
  • Administer pension and employee benefits programs and ensure timely enrollment and updates
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UK regulations
Skills
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
