What You’ll Do You’ll be trained to run the full 360 recruitment process, including:

Building relationships with candidates and clients
Having confident business conversations
Business develepment via cold calling and meetings
Working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Matching candidates to suitable roles
Managing multiple priorities professionally
Handling pressure, feedback and rejection positively

Location:

Manchester City Centre

Hours:

7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
