As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Tech Recruitment Consultant to help expand our client base, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and become a trusted advisor within the tech hiring space.

As a Tech Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical roles, working closely with both clients and candidates. This is a 360° role combining business development, account management, and delivery.

Client Development & Account Management

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand hiring needs, business objectives, and team culture
• Manage the full recruitment process from role briefing to placement
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice

• Source, screen, and qualify high-quality tech candidates
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key tech disciplines
• Manage the interview process and offer negotiations
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience

• Generate new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Identify market opportunities within the tech sector
• Contribute to brand presence via Linked In, events, and content
