Senior Delivery Consultant (Agency) – Data & AI

• Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
• Salary: £30,000–£40,000 base (DOE) + commission (increases with monthly deal volume)
• Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays + Birthday Off

We’re hiring a Senior Delivery Consultant (Agency) to take ownership of delivery across Data & AI roles, with a strong emphasis on account management, candidate headhunting, and process management
.

This isn’t a “cold BD-heavy” role, but you’ll still need a strong sales mindset; influence, persuasion, spotting opportunity, and gathering market intelligence are key to delivering at a high level and managing candidates properly.

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across Data & AI roles (perm and contract)
• Manage and grow client relationships through consistent, high-touch service
• Headhunt and engage high-calibre candidates through proactive search and networking
• Build and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a premium candidate experience
• Provide market insight to clients on salaries, process, and hiring strategy
• Negotiate offers and manage close processes with pace and professionalism
• Partner closely with the Mirai team to share market intel and raise delivery standards

• £30–£40k base salary depending on experience
• Commission scheme that increases with monthly deal volume
• Profit share scheme with strong bonus potential

• Proven agency recruitment experience (delivery/360), ideally within Tech, Data, or AI
• Strong account management and stakeholder relationship skills
• Confident headhunter who can build pipelines and run processes end-to-end
• Commercial, consultative mindset, you can influence and create momentum
• High standards, organised, and passionate about delivering an exceptional service
