Overview

Experience:

180, 270 or 360 Recruitment experience

We are looking for a talented individual who has either:

• 12 months plus recruitment experience (any sector) – 180, 270 or 360
• Or strong commercial sales experience with a hunger to move into recruitment

• Join an established, warm market with 10–12 live vacancies to be given from day one
• Collaborative team environment with high performance & high reward
• Clear progression and fast-track career development
• Support and mentoring from our Talent Development team, Direct Manager & wider leadership
• Regular team socials, lunches, conferences & client trips

You’ll be led by a manager who:

• Built a desk from scratch to £1m billing with no prior recruitment experience
• Promotes a friendly, supportive culture with high standards and big rewards
• Has a proven track record of developing consultants into top performers
• Values personality, intelligence and work ethic over ego

• Not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen
