• Provide recruitment services in a 360 capacity for UK/USA markets within R2R frameworks.
• Partner with clients and act as a key player in a fully remote business model.
• Demonstrate strong communication and business development to drive growth and earning potential.

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant with 360 experience in UK/USA markets (R2R).
• Strong track record in an agency career with a collaborative, people-focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, flexible environment.
