Responsibilities- Supporting with generalist Employee Relations
- Dealing with HR Cases - Grievances or Disciplinaries
- Managing Employee records
- Advising line managers of processes and next steps to follow
- Onboarding/offboarding employees
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or knowledge within HR role
- Two years' plus experience in generalist Employee relations & providing advisory HR support to line managers
