Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Graduates

We are looking for recent graduates or sporty individuals who are ready to work hard and become a recruitment consultant. We are representing a client with offices in the UK, US and Dubai - no sales or recruitment experience is needed, just someone who is hard working and resilient.

Salary:

Year 1: £27-45k OTE

Year 2: £60-70k OTE

Year 3: £100k OTE

Your role:

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle - from advertising jobs and screening CVs to arranging interviews and delivering job offers.
• Connecting top talent, building relationships with candidates and clients - understand hiring needs and match the right people to the right roles.
• Develop industry knowledge - become an expert in your sector to advise clients and candidates confidently.
